1 star – Refused to refund after failed deliveryI ordered supplements from tbJP and never received my parcel because customs returned it due to incorrect paperwork from the seller. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to charge me £39 for the return and now havent refunden any money. I had another identical order which passed customs with no problem. I’ve had to raise a dispute through my bank to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional and unfair service — avoid.
Placed an order with TBJP for over £100 worth of protein powder and creatine. The creatine never arrived. The box they sent wasn’t even big enough to hold everything I ordered, yet the full invoice was inside. Clearly a packing error on their end.When I contacted customer service, I was made to jump through hoops sending photos and proving what was missing, despite it being obvious from the start. Almost a week later, still no creatine. No proper apology. No resolution.The customer service, especially from someone named Naomi, was dismissive, sarcastic, and completely unhelpful. I paid for a product I never received.Won’t be ordering from TBJP again. Poor service, poor attitude, and zero accountability.
Avoid - don't waste money with this brand! Cream of rice bland and tastes of absolutely nothing! Whey absolutely vile the worst protein powder i have ever tasted in my life and ive tried many brands in my time. Smells and tastes like chemicals feel its borderline not suitable for human consumption honestly! Went in the bin the entire bag!
Disappointed with Customer Service and Delivery ProcessI’ve been a loyal customer of Trained by JP Clothing in the past, but this recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I placed an order and paid for delivery, only to find out that the product was never actually delivered to my address. No delivery attempt was made, and no card or notification was left by the courier. The item was apparently returned to sender after only 9 days at the post office—without any proper attempt to notify me.When I contacted customer service, I received a response that felt dismissive and unacceptable. I shouldn’t be penalised or charged again due to a failure on the delivery company’s part. Especially frustrating is the fact that someone is always home at our address, so I strongly suspect that the item may have been mistakenly delivered to a nearby street, which has happened to us before.Despite explaining all this, I was told the best they could do was refund me my money minus a £19.70 cost for them being returned the parcel. I simply wanted the items I paid for, to be delivered to the correct address, without additional costs.I hope Trained by JP Clothing takes accountability and improves their handling of delivery issues in the future. But I certainly won’t be using them ever again. After reading the other reviews on Trustpilot I think there is obviously issues with delivery company they use and how they deal with valid customer complaints. Would give Zero stars if I could, I’m out of pocket by £19.70 through no fault of my own.
Incredible products. My blood work improved dramatically using their health products. Everything I have used from them has digested great which has always been a struggle for me. I have also sent all my clients their way and they have had the same experience.
Absolutely do not purchase any products from this company. I order two protein packs one being White Chocolate Hazelnut and it smeltAnd tasted like chemicals and varnish.The worst protein supplement ever purchased. When I spoke to customer service i was told we will do better next time. I threw both products away and had a bad headache after.
