Customer support manager Lisa Cosson was very helpful in resolving my challenges with poor-fitting mouthguard. She provided me with directions on how to secure a tighter fit. It worked on one of the mouthguard, unfortunately not on the other. However, Lisa agreed to send a replacement mouthguard to me free of charge. Overall, she was very responsive to my emails and was incredibly helpful. Thanks again, Lisa.
Normally I don't give a lot of reviews but I felt this experience needed stated. I have worn a nightguard for many years and the one I had from a dentist office was getting to the point it needed replaced. So after a couple weeks of trying to figure out which one would be best for me I purchased one. Received the kit, made the impression sent it back and then received my nightguard. Totally dissatisfied, could not even wear it, it kept falling out of my mouth, it was to bulky, It did not even feel close to my mouth impression. So I contacted customer service and explained my concerns, They suggested I try placing in hot water to reform it to my mouth but that did not work either, He said to me "well you had the front cut out correct? I said no I was to get a full mouth guard. This process did not help and it continued to fall out of my mouth. Called them back and they said they would send me another impression kit and to send back along with the first one made. So after doing a second impression and receiving the nightguard back I can say I am very satisfied. Second impression fits my mouth perfectly and stays in place.

I have ordered 4 nite teeth guards. I tend to lose them. I waited a few weeks to recieve my latest one and it never arrive. After contacting them they said I probably left my name out. I described my size ect. AND THEY FOUND IT. AMAZING. Their nite guards are exactly the same as the $400 ones from ny dentist. U would be crazy to get a nite guard anywhere else!
My dentist suggested, more than once, that I should get a night guard. To order one from my dentist would have been expensive. I went online and found Teeth Night Guard, the price was considerably less. I ordered a Extra Durable 3MM Night Guard. It is more comfortable than I expected. After about a month I decided to order a Soft Thin guard as a back up and for daytime if needed. I contacted customer service. The representative that helped me was excellent.
