My experience with Tele2 has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
Their service is disorganized, unprofessional, and their customer support is shockingly rude. I returned a router and, thankfully, kept the tracking number. Later, when I had internet issues, I contacted them and was first told it was a signal problem that would be fixed. Nothing happened.
When I called again, they suddenly claimed the issue was the router and demanded that I return the “old” one—something I had already done. Instead of checking properly, the agent rudely insisted I was wrong and refused to help or send a replacement.
Only after I read out the tracking (kolli ID) did they finally check—and then admitted that yes, the router had been returned, but “was not visible in their system.” That is not my problem. It clearly shows a complete lack of control, routines, and internal communication.
Being treated this way as a customer is unacceptable. The incompetence combined with the rude attitude makes this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this company.

Decent network here in Latvia with one of the best tarrifs out there, but honestly you could be better offering some better terms who those who are willing to let go and switch to other operators. Loyalty should be rewarded imo

Tele2 is a scam company

Tele2 is a scam company, raising prices with no advanced warning, and then when automatic payment fails (because charges are above automatic configured threshold) you send to a debt collector??? For €50 euros??? I emailed customer support before the fact when the pricing went up originally without explanation, asking why and how to fix, and I never received an answer. Totally ignored. In summary, I will never recommend Tele2 to anybody. Actually the opposite. I will warn everybody to never ever user Tele2, because Tele2 is a scam company, scamming loyal clients, then sending a debt collector for €50!! Tele2 should be sent to court!!

Evaluate carefully, before signing with Tele2

Terms and conditions provide all the power to company and basically none for customer. You might end up in a contract, that Tele2 can change how ever and when ever they want, increasing the price and making terms more and more disadvantageous for you. At the same time you will be charged outrageous amount, if you wish to terminate the contract.Forget about customer service. You'll get nothing but copy paste template responses.
