Disorganised and untrustworthy company.

I paid for the advanced analysis and supplied an intact raw data file from ancestry.com. They promised a 72 hour turnaround. A week later I had no results so I asked. They asked me to email the raw data file again. A week later still nothing and they had no idea what was holding it up. Finally, a week after that I reached out again and they told me the file isn't supported.They left it at that. I had to then ask them for a refund.Essentially, they would have taken my money and sat on it for weeks. It's only that I kept asking, that I was able to get them to agree to a refund.At no point did they ever follow up on my enquiries.Very dodgy company.

I was skeptical

I was skeptical but I'm pretty impressed. I knew before that I had a gene mutation. This was proven five years ago with a complex blood test. Here you spit into a tube and get the same result - if it had been possible earlier, I might not have fallen ill. Highly recommended.
