TenTrade filled my trade SEVEN seconds after I placed the order—and at a non-existent price level, 180 pips above the highest price of the day and any other broker I checked! As a result, I lost 70% of my account.When I complained, they responded that their investigation found everything to be "correct" and then proceeded to close my account.I filed a complaint with the FSA in Seychelles, but I don’t expect the regulator to take any action. That’s precisely why these brokers register offshore—to exploit traders without facing any sanctions. Traders have no rights here and receive no protection whatsoever.
