When you request a withdrawal, they will calculate your lot sizes on all your trades and come up with a fictitious reason why they have taken your profit all away from you.I bought a $10,000 instant-funded prop account from them, and I made a profit of $400 in it. When I requested withdrawal, this is what I was told: "Your request is rejected due to violation of inconsistency rule. (some of your trades are lower than 50% or higher than 400% of the first trade) Profits will be deleted.You account has been reset, you can continue trade on same account."I have never seen a broker do some math on your lot sizes, referencing your very first trade on the account, and somehow come up with a fraudulent reason to take all your hard-earned profit away from you.Avoid TenTrade like a Plaque
I am extremely concerned about my recent experience with TenTrade . I placed a trade and was filled at a price that slipped hundreds of pips from my requested entry, resulting in a massive and unacceptable loss. This level of slippage is beyond normal market conditions, and I strongly suspect the use of dealer plugins or other manipulative practices.I raised a formal complaint 7 days ago, and despite the seriousness of the situation, I have received no response or acknowledgment. This complete lack of communication is alarming and raises serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of this broker.I am currently significantly out of pocket due to this incident and demand immediate investigation and resolution. I am open to updating or removing this review once this matter is fully addressed.I urge TenTrade to reply to me immediately to resolve this issue.
My experience with TenTrade has been nothing short of appalling. In a single trade, they wiped out 63% of my account balance by slipping the trade 2000 pips. Let’s be clear—this isn’t spread widening or normal market slippage. This screams of deliberate manipulation using dealer plug-ins designed to cause losses and line the broker’s pockets.When I raised concerns, I was pointed to their Terms and Conditions, specifically this clause:“5. PRICES FROM THE COMPANY ARE INDEPENDENT OF PRICES FOUND ELSEWHERE. Customers acknowledge that the prices reported by The Company for buying and selling currency pairs are independent and can differ from the prices displayed elsewhere or from other liquidity providers in the interbank market. Differences can result from, but are not limited to, changes in liquidity from interbank market makers to Evalanch Ltd, an unbalanced position or exposure in currency pairs at Evalanch Ltd, or differing expectations of price movements in currency pairs by The Company The Company expects that in most cases the prices provided to its Customers will be in line with the general interbank market but does not warrant or imply that this will always be the case.”This essentially admits they use fake prices disconnected from real market conditions. It’s a clear indication that trades are not placed in the market, and the broker’s primary goal is to profit from clients’ losses. Any hope of consistent profits with them is futile—they’ll use any trick in the book to avoid paying out.Their platform isn’t just untrustworthy; it’s outright predatory. The trade execution I experienced is a blatant example of unethical practices that no legitimate broker would ever tolerate.Avoid TenTrade at all costs. If you value your investments, find a broker that operates with transparency and integrity, not one that fabricates prices and manipulates trades to ensure clients fail.The tone of their email response to my complaint is totally out of line with the responses they have shown on this forum. They clearly want to be perceived as being fair, this is not how they conduct business when you trade with them and are profitable. They will screw you. Stay away.Clients should also note that after every bad review two new positive reviews appear. This seems very coincidental to me. I would take the positive reviews here with a pinch of salt.
Tentrade is actually the best I’ve seen in a very long time. No stress with payout and their trading rules is very straightforwarded & understandable unlike other firms with hidden rules.As a trader, this is the firm you should be working with in 2025 for better success. The market mental and emotional stress is enough, don’t let useless firms add theirs to it. Trade with Tentrade today and you’ll love it. Their support is top notch + you get assigned a personal assistant on WhatsApp who’ll help you with all your questions and help break down the rules in areas you think might be confusing. In all my years in trading, I haven’t seen a Prop-Firm that pays in minutes like Tentrade. This is my deepest and sincere review about Tentrade. You have an hidden policy to charge customers for 90 days inactivity, such a policy is not communicated via email but left to calls from Account Reps who are clueless about their responsibilities. If you can't reach a customer via calls , the appropriate procedure is to send mails before calls and perhaps follow up with reminder mails. Your irresponsible Staff cost me $15 and it wasn't refunded. Your firm is simply fraudulent and downright shady... A particular staff called trying to correct my language, yet no empathy or acknowledgement of their failings. Tentrade, you owe 15$ and it ought to be refunded
