IMAGINE INTRODUCING A NEW RULE WITHOUT COMMUNICATING IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ONLY FOR ME TO MAKE PROFIT AFTER ALMOST 1 MONTH OF TRADING, YOU DEDUCTED THE PROFIT AND YOU SAID I CLOSE UNDER 3 MINUTES. YOU'RE NOW SHOWING ME A NEW RULE. I'VE BEEN FOLLOWING THE PREVIOUS RULE. NO MAIL WAS SENT REGARDING THE NEW RULE. NO BODY CALLED ME. MY ACCOUNT MANAGERS HAVE BEEN CALLING ME TO INFORM ME ABOUT A BONUS AND NEVER MADE MENTION OF NEW RULE.. SO ITS A BIG FRAUD TO ME.
I will gladly recommend ten trade to anyone to do business with, they are genuine and real, I have had a couple of withdrawal from them but the only thing I don't like about them is their HFT rule that forbids you to open and close a trade under 3mins, I have had my profit deleted and denied bcos of this rule, and I have also had so many profitable trades ended in loss bcos I wanted to avoid it, another time I also had my profit deleted and denied bcos inconsistency rule, if they can work on this two rule, they will be the best prop firm in the industry, outside my two bad experiences with them reason I didn't give them a 5 star, I strongly recommend ten trade to anyone that needs a reliable prop firm, their payment is swift and u can request withdrawal every 5 days of meeting 10% profit target and receive your payment alert within 4 hours.
