Somewhat useful with flaws

For the form SSA-11-BK, I used the "thebestpdf" online PDF version.Good: The online version did provide fields to fill in where applicable.Mediocre to poor:1 The font size for the fill-in fields was not adjustable, so the second line of text in two field was cut off and mostly unreadable.2 The text in the text box for another field did not align well with underlined lines on the original form, in the PDF those lines appeared cutting through the text in the text box. 3 Added a text box to attempt to correct item 2 above, but the text box did not appear in the downloaded PDF.Note: To correct items 1, 2, and 3, I downloaded this form to PowerPoint, and replaced the thebestpdf-generated text boxes with PowerPoint text boxes.4 I saw no way to save this form in progress, so I could return and complete it later.5 The Done button only has the format selection and Download and Cancel buttons. The only way to end this editing was to close the entire window, which led to the alert box "Leave site? Changes you made may not be saved." I would have expected to be able to save this and return to correct it later, if needed. But per number 4 above, I saw no way to do this.

ABSOLUTE SCAM

ABSOLUTE SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. They suck you into a one-time purchase of $0.99 to convert one item and then suck you into a subscription of £39.95 which is in no way clear at the point of purchase at all despite what they say. If it was, there wouldn't be so many complaints. I can only assume any positive reviews for this company have been written by a bot, because they refuse to refund you. They have covered themselves in their terms by stating you won't be refunded if you failed to notice you were being signed up to a subscription. Massively underhand and ludicrously overpriced for a service that I needed once that didn't even work. When I complained that they had signed me up to something I didn't want within the 7-day period, they told me it was too late. I will keep complaining about this on every site I can find because it is basically THEFT.
