Be wary of purchase BUT good customer service

I was frustrated that a charge was made to my account without them fully explaining that that charge would be coming. However I noticed they did give me a refund and their customer service was kind which I appreciate.

I canceled their service

I canceled their service, which they didn't fulfill, but they keep charging my card even after I canceled and received a confirmation from them. Need to report them as fraud. Avoid.
