Without customer approval, charging customer for monthly even if he didn't subscribed for it. Sketchy company.Update: I just paid 0.95 USD for one document as they were asking for payment to download the document and this was my only goal.Then from where on earth you are giving monthly subscription to a customer who has never mentioned anything about monthly subscription or yearly or weekly subscription?Again, to everyone... Don't take service from this company. They will rip you off through this sketchy subscription.
