I am writing to express my concern regarding recent charges applied to my account without my prior knowledge or consent. I have been billed approximately €40 (204.31 RON) for services I did not authorize.Additionally, I noticed multiple charges for what appears to be a single service, even if the amounts were small (e.g., €0.85). This experience has been highly unsatisfactory and does not reflect the level of transparency I expect from your platform.My initial intention was simply to convert and translate one PDF file, with the understanding that I would pay a one-time fee for this service. Instead, I was charged multiple times and enrolled in an unwanted subscription, which was not clearly disclosed during the process.This practice feels misleading and deceptive. Offering a two-year subscription as an alternative to reimbursement is not an acceptable solution, as I do not require this service.I kindly request a full refund of the unauthorized charges and confirmation that any subscriptions linked to my account have been canceled. Please address this matter promptly.PS: I would give ZERO stars if would be allowed.
