Doesn't convert PDF to Word for free.

On 26th of Nov 2025, I uploaded a pdf to the website theBestPdf.com and it converted but before letting me download for free, it asked me which plan I wanted.

Scam.

Scam.Paid for 1 document conversion and was signed up for a 7 day free trial with a £40 monthly subscription fee. They said its in the terms and didn't opt out. Looking at the other reviews it's clear that this is completely intentional.There ai customer care refused a refund. I can chalk it up to experience but can't believe they have a 4.4 rating when all the recent reviews are like this.
