Could improve on transparency but good customer service

They are not very clear about their payment and subscription options so be careful to read well the terms and conditions before you subscribe. Nevertheless the customer service is very responsive and has helped me a great deal with some difficulties I had with my account.

did not work for me even though I paid my money

paid my money up loaded the file. it told me the document was 90 % complete and then nothing happened and I could not get out of the program without converting the jpg to text. Feel cheated and this to be a scam
