Review Time
I read their website and it sounded like a great family owned company to buy from, then I got my tracking information and this was coming from China. I emailed the co. 2 times to inquire with no response. I finally received the shipment, took about 3+ weeks and was not satisfied with the color, the fabric or the construction. I emailed again that I wanted information on how to return my purchase. I got a long canned email promising they would do whatever they needed to for me to be satisfied. They however did not tell me how to return the purchase. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I am really tired of companies not truthfully representing themselves. We have no way of knowing. Unless of course we read the reviews!
NO WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN. This company is unreachable. I've emailed 3 times. The material is cheap polyester, not twill. This is a SCAM. Also the shorts get tight at the bottom of the hem and the hem is wavy, not straight, like in the photos. Also, the waist is way too big. It doesnt make sense with the tight legs. These are nothing like in the advertising images. This is FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered 2 pair of shorts, the label with my tracking number on my package had someone else’s name on it and was delivered to said person with their order in it. I sent numerous emails to customer service with proof of the wrong information that I had gotten from my local post office but it was the same response EVERY-TIME, that they care and will get back to me. When they responded they said the same thing every time…..”your order has already been delivered” SO FRUSTRATING, this company has ZERO customer service. It’s like they never took the time to look at the information I sent them. NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!

I got an email notification that my shorts were delivered to my mailbox. Nothing was delivered. I looked all over on my porch in front of my garage. Nothing!!!! I reached out to them via email four times and I have not heard anything back and I also did an Instagram message and somebody did message me back with my tracking number. Yes, I already had my tracking number so I didn’t need that kind of information I need to speak with somebody. I am so beyond frustrated and there’s no phone number that you can call. I do not recommend this company.
