Comfy shorts is a joke I’ve emailed them multiple times to return my order the shorts do not fit properly and all I receive is an automated email response. The website says easy returns but if no one ever sends you that return label like they say they will there is no way to return your order. Save your money DO NOT order from this company. Update: to date I have still never received an email from the company to return the shorts and ended up filing a fraud claim with my bank to recover the return of my funds.

I ordered two pairs of shorts. I don’t like the way they fit, so I initiated a return. After four emails about a return, still haven’t heard from the company. I had to file a consumer complaint so I can send the mediocre shorts back and get my money. Pathetic

Horrible company! I ordered 7 athletic shorts for men including tax $78.94, on December 15. They have given me NO feedback why they aren’t here on January 9th!! Even with my order number included trying to get results. And yet Facebook lets them continue to advertise big time with huge posts/ads!!!

This product does not match up with its very slick marketing strategy. Item delivered completely the wrong size and was cheap quality. Repeated attempts at customer service did not eventual to anything. Drop shipper from China through USA and then to Australia. What a waste of resources. Avoid this company at all costs.....

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Ordered two pairs of jeans from this company! Took weeks to receive them! Spent over $80! The size was huge! I literally could put two of me in one pair! Contacted this comps via email, and I have received nothing but an automated response, for over 3 months now! I ordered in December of 2024! This company should charged with FRAUD! I’m contacting the BBB! I wouldn’t have even given one star, but you have too! They aren’t worthy of negative stars! Disgusting!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! SERIOUSLY!
