First time using this site. I ordered a bundle order and a candle . The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. However the candle had been replaced by a perfume in error. I contacted the company the same day , who responded straight away . I provided photo proof of my delivery and Waheed arranged for my candle to be delivered the following day . Impressed with customer service and the products smell amazing too !
I ordered the scent which was based on creed aventus (200) I also got the (94) fragrance,I have to say I was dissatisfied and not impressed with the scent itself which didn't resemble aventus at all! as I had some real aventus for comparison, I thought using the essence vault might save me some money as the real aventus is expensive, also It did not smell very strong and didn't last very long before the aroma had disappeared! Overall disappointed and a waste of money!
