We have bought fragrances from The Essence Vault previously and the service is excellent. Delivery was on time and the fragrances are spot on. My wife worked for a fragrance company before retirement and says they are as close to perfection as possible. One word of advice. Use the Royal Mail delivery option for the extra couple of pounds. Its worth it as Evri are apparently
Fabulous dupe fragrances, I always get so many compliments no matter which of my many Essence Vault scents I wear. Fantastic customer services too - Alix recently resolved a minor issue I had with a delivery within minutes of me sending an email. Cannot recommend this company enough
I recently compared Essence Vault to my real brand, Penhaligon’s Halfeti, and honestly, I’m disappointed. While Essence Vault does a great job at matching the scent profile of perfumes and aftershaves, the longevity is nowhere near the original. The strength reminds me more of a cheap room spray than a fine fragrance.If you want a scent that lasts all day, do yourself a favour and save for the real thing. £45 for three bottles sounds too good to be true and it is. For value, you’d probably find better deals at Home Bargains.
I had an issue with my order. I added a mystery scent but received the exact same I ordered initially. I reached out with my disappointment and Gareth from customer service handled it perfectly. They compensated me and sent out a new bottle of my choice with express handling. Gareth is a solid member of the customer service team.
