I had an issue with my order. I added a mystery scent but received the exact same I ordered initially. I reached out with my disappointment and Gareth from customer service handled it perfectly. They compensated me and sent out a new bottle of my choice with express handling. Gareth is a solid member of the customer service team.
I recently compared Essence Vault to my real brand, Penhaligon’s Halfeti, and honestly, I’m disappointed. While Essence Vault does a great job at matching the scent profile of perfumes and aftershaves, the longevity is nowhere near the original. The strength reminds me more of a cheap room spray than a fine fragrance.If you want a scent that lasts all day, do yourself a favour and save for the real thing. £45 for three bottles sounds too good to be true and it is. For value, you’d probably find better deals at Home Bargains.
I’d heard a lot of stories about these from people at work and although I was sceptical I gave them a try. I have to say I am very happy I did. Arrived in 2 days and very well packaged. I love the lost cherry inspired and can’t tell it from the original. My husband was also very pleased with his” in to you “inspired after shave. Will definitely buy more and recommend other savvy shoppers to do the same.
Absolutely love my new aftershave. Got the spice bomb one (211) and smells exactly the same as the real one. I done the deal buy one and pay an extra £11.70 to get a mystery bottle. I got 197 sausage which I’m happy with. All in I got 2x 100ml bottles for £39.99 with delivery. Won’t get that anywhere else. Would recommend essence vault
I absolutely love this company the perfume is spectacular the delivery is fast and they always keep you updated on when your order Will be ready. I also love the fact they don't spam you with constant advertisement emails which other companies do. I will ONLY ever use the essence vault for my fragrances from now on
