I brought 3 x 100ml bottles and a car fragrance...The smell of the fragrances i brought is spot on! Initially the car fragrance was missing and one bottle was damaged, however after speaking with Alix, this has been dealt with and replacements sent out to me. I left this as a 5 star based solely on the customer service from Alix, although the products are great! I think recognising when staff do something right goes a long way!
Very quick postage and a huge range of perfumes. I heard about these through people at work and they do smell the same as the branded stuff. I loved that therr is dealsni did the 3 for £44 deal whis good for 100mls. Will defiantly use again. Easy to order and choose
Love the fragrences and had a really great experience with the support-team. When I needed help, Gareth from the support-team helped me out in a great way. With quick responses and a really nice and helpful attitude. I would definitly recommend them.
Very good customer service, Peter and Anas helped me with a lost package and responded very quickly by resending my order out. I was a bit gutted having my package get lost but I am extremely grateful to have them send out another one. 10/10 service 🤝
Another order Another very well job done. I will never doubt the Essence Vault or be apprehensive about trying products again. I was sooooo wrong. I cannot believe that everyone else only smells all My fragrances as if they were my designer one's. I won't be paying hundreds on fragrances per bottle again. Thank you all at TEV 🙌🙌
