Good customer service

At first I was not satisfied with my fragrences, so i wrote a review that i thought the fragrences smell bad. Then Diane contacted me and came up with the solution to give me a 50% refund and sent me some 5ml frangrences.Very good customer service. Thank you DianeIts a week later and I still have not got my refund. A bit strange to promise something and dont do it.

I absolutely love your perfume

I absolutely love your perfume, especially number 12. I will never buy the originals as yours are better. I get complemented daily on how beautiful I smell. I do tell them it is from Essence Vault and tell them they will love the perfume. Long lasting and affordable. Love it.
