Speedy, friendly and efficient customer service

The scents from The Essence Vault are great. I decided to order some sample bundles to make up an advent calendar for my son. There was unfortunately a bit of a glitch in the system and, although I received only part of my order, I received a receipt showing all had been delivered.I contacted customer services and was delighted to receive prompt, friendly and professional help to resolve and dispatch the missing items.Thank you to Anas & Peter

I received No 18 inspired by Erba Pura, great product nearly exactly the same as original lasted for hours will be ordering more. Very fast delivery to Ireland 😎
