I have purchased many different fragrances for different people. Everyone has been delighted with their gift. I was sceptical at first and i thought that the quality would not be the same. The bottle ans the fragrances were sublime. If you are in any doubt please try them out.

I made a mistake when placing a recent order. I had accidently added one of the products twice. I quickly sent an email to customer services pointing out my mistake and requesting an amendment with corresponding refund. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply from Mashal the following morning confirming that they were able to amend the order per my request and that the refund was in process. I am very grateful for the quick corrective action.
I have ordered from essence vault multiple times and the aftershave I had received is great, long lasting, always will recommend my friends and relatives to shop with these guys. I did have a problem with my package being delayed but did get in touch with your team and can’t thank you guys enough for getting me sorted. Adam was great to speak to and very understanding.
