Just wanted to state how good Alix was from customer service. My order was not delivered and he has been really good. Asked me to send a form off and he has immediately sent out a replacement and has expedited the delivery so it is express delivery. Really quick responses from him and excellent customer service.
I’ve ordered from The Essence Vault several times now. The fragrances are beautiful and long lasting. However, my most recent order was missing an item. I emailed their customer service department and was put in touch with Clare. She was amazing from start to finish. Clare was very understanding of my situation and did everything she could to resolve it. I would highly recommend getting in touch with customer services if you have any issues. I will be continuing to order from this company.
After being gifted scents from family. I made my first order of number 444 and a mystery scent. Package arrived with only 2 mystery scents - I reached out to the company and we’re so brilliant and nice, they are sending out the scent I ordered with quick delivery and sending me a free scent that I wanted to try! I love their perfumes so I will definitely be ordering again
