You didn't offer any resolution or advice to try and fix the problem, because regardless of using the name 'Fabulous Member Care Team'....you don't actually care.

I have tried a few of the Fabulous Apps, all have glitches and problems that should be easy to solve but from what I can tell they have no customer service team, just AI sending the same response over and over.

I've contacted them repeatedly over the last month or so about a problem (with the main Fabulous app that I have a subscription for)....and I get the same response from the same 'person' called FABLE...

Having already told them the problem AND attached screenshots when reporting the issue...AND this being the third or fourth time I've replied to this same standard email response and had NO REPLIES....I can assume either...
1) Fable is terrible at their job
2) Fabulous doesn't actually have anyone in their customer service team just automatic email replies
3) Their AI email answering program is broken
4) The whole business is a scam.

I really wish I could give a good review, but after having this app for years, and seeing how badly it is managed...I can't say anything nice.

I cancelled my free trial a week before it was due to end; i.e. well within the two week cancellatio

I cancelled my free trial a week before it was due to end; i.e. well within the two week cancellation period. Nevertheless, I have been charged £29.99 today. There is no record of the cancellation which I made when I searched for it in my account section of the website. I have cancelled the bundle a second time today - and then found out I am due to be charged £29.99 again in April as the plan only expires two months after the cancellation date.

On going through your website, I saw that I had been signed me up for another subscription which I did not ask for. : "Unlimited behaviour change". This too is due to charge me £29.99 in April, despite my cancellation today.

I also find that I am subscribed to "Deep Rest Reset Kit Premium Bimonthly Plan..". I have not agreed to this.

Even after spending a great deal of time today searching for further hidden subscriptions/charges, I am still not confident that I am safe. I have found the website convoluted and difficult to navigate. There are multiple hidden subscriptions connected to multiple apps and bundles.

The Help Centre and Refund Form is again a long and convoluted process which anyone would find challenging - but particularly for someone with ADHD.

Your product is meant to support people with ADHD. As you know, these are individuals who have particular problems with paying attention to tricky situations such as hidden charges which continue silently in the background. It requires sustained attention and long-term effort to investigate and challenge. Often those with ADHD are unable to do this (the 'ADHD Tax'). They are particularly vulnerable to being caught out and overcharged with these complex and flawed subscription arrangements. I do not know if this is an intentional strategy by Fabulous, or poor accounting design. Either way, I see that Fabulous has had multiple reviews from people who have been caught out. Which means that there has been plenty of opportunity to correct this issue. Unfortunately, this has resulted in making life harder for very people you set out to help.

I am a senior user and can't really live without the money they have taken and it is never the amount that this description is supposed to be, don't get this app if you can positively not get it it is a scam and will take your money

FABULOUS IS A SCAM

After thorough research across multiple platforms, it’s clear this has been going on for over three years, with many customers unable to cancel their subscriptions and being forced to change their credit cards to stop the charges.

This is a bait company , do not add your details they will use them to add on various subscriptions

This is a bait company , do not add your details they will use them to add on various subscriptions that your completely not aware off. Then proceed to email you refusing a refund even though you reported & tried to cancel minutes after monies flying out of your account.
A service clearly taking advantage of those whom are seeking support & guidance.
A disgusting company & App !!

Unsubscribe button should guarantee removal from emails, right?

The presence of an unsubscribe button should definitely indicate that you've been removed from the email list. The practices here feel very predatory, and navigating through a confusing array to find a 'no thank you' option is frustrating. It's disappointing because the service has potential, but it becomes quite stressful when trying to cancel.

Frustrating experience with membership cancellation

I cancelled my account after being a member for several years. Despite a lengthy conversation, they confirmed my cancellation for the end of 2024. However, on 2-11-2025, they still deducted a membership fee from my bank account. My advice: avoid taking a membership with this app at all costs. Communication is nearly impossible, and their cancellation form forces you to select options that result in an additional payment for the final year.
