Every blanket, pair of pyjamas, every cloth, all beautifully made, soft from the start and just get softer. I couldn’t be happier with Fleece Company. Well made, cosy, and that hint of luxury, just so comforting to wear or wrap yourself in. I’m buying for family and friends now, so the multiple offers are a great saving too. Such nice colours too.
Muslin Pyjamas not the size as in label, ordered M but would fit an Extra Small.Returned order at a cost of £15 to Returns address in Germany by Tracked order, photo of PO receipt was emailed to them.Received FULL REFUND of order, an extra bonus was the parcel was returned to me unopened and Fleece Co emailed me and said to keep the order as they had already refunded me. Excellent Customer Care and contact after my concerns were highlighted, but cannot fault their keeping me updated.
This company offer real old school customer service, great communication, I noticed my blanket had a flaw, contacted company who didn’t hesitate to fix the issue straight away, I am waiting for my replacement blanket to arrive. Fast efficient service
I ordered a king size 9 layer fleece blanket muslin blanket for $155.00 US. The blanket they sent me was a cheap very thin blanket that was full size not king size. I sent them an email stating this with pictures of it on my queen bed. It's so small. They wrote back that I could send it back if I paid shipping or they could refund 20% and keep it.I'm going to send the emails and pictures to my credit card company and dispute the charge for a refund.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY
Ordered two Queen Size blankets and sent two Full Size. Was able to provide proof of the incorrect size and even went as far as to take photos of the blanket on my queen size bed and a measuring tape so they could see. I took a screen shot of the sizing in their website that matches the Full Size they sent and a screen shot of my order that said Queen size and a screenshot of their own return policy and they still Told me I was wrong and that I need to wait for the blankets to stretch out. I'm now stuck with blankets that are to small. I will never shop there again and I definitely do not recommend. An absolute scam with zero professional customer service .
