The flooring outlet was recommended to me by a family member just when I was losing all hope of finding just what I wanted, as soon as I walked into their shop floor I was spoilt for choice! However I did find the exact flooring I wanted and the service was impeccable from all staff, I was shocked at the fantastic prices and will definitely be using the floor outlet from now on for all my flooring needs, I’ve recommended them to so many friends already!
We had a lounge carpet fitted after having an excellent experience with kitchen lino earlier in the year. Staff in the store really helpful and knowledgeable, helped guide us on the correct underlay to pick. Communicate before fitting was excellent and carpet fitter was fantastic and did a brilliant job including working round our sofa. Brilliant company and a very reasonable price, highly recommend
I have been to the lovely showroom to collect artificial grass and have also had a delivery and I honestly cannot fault these guys - they go above and beyond, communicate perfectly through the whole ordering/delivery process and nothing is too much for them.The price is unbeatable and they even did me a deal on my second purchase which I was so grateful for after an accident I’d had with my original purchase! I already recommend them to my friends and family and will be back for carpet for sure. Thank you.
