I rang the flooring outlet as I needed to change my carpet due to mobility needs. James came to see me at home and showed me a selection of carpets & underlays, he was both knowledgeable & Friendly and someone I was happy to invite into my home. James was not pushy at all, he just guided me through the various quality & types of carpet while also looking at the thickness to assist with my walking.I was happy with his quote and after paying I booked for the fitting the following week.The fitters arrived as arranged & what a breath of fresh air. They were efficient & helpful and made a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Making me laugh along the way with their great sense of humour.I would highly recommend “The Flooring Outlet” to anyone, from my first call to the office and all the way to the fitters leaving it was a great experience made very simple by everyone there. Visited the Outlet on a Saturday morning. Really impressed with the choice and pricing was clear and great value for money. Service was excellent from the staff , the purchase was straight forward and delivery organised. Communication was excellent, the driver ringing with ETA on the day and was very helpful with the delivery.
In-shop the team were friendly, helpful and thorough. The chap who came to do the installation of our new carpet was polite, speedy and did an excellent job. Overall the experience was fantastic, especially for the price, and we'll definitely be repeat customers.
