We chose a herringbone carpet for two staircases and landings, along with matting for the entranceway and new vinyl flooring - after an issue with the initial fitter The Flooring Outlet after sales team were quick to resolve by sending a new team of fitters to rectify the problems - great job!
Brilliant customer service, listened to what we needed for our new flooring and gave good advice and range of options for our budget. Kept us informed throughout the process. LVT and carpet fitters were very professional and did great job. Really pleased with the service and finished floor. Will definitely go here again for future flooring.

We have worked with The Flooring Outlet throughout 2024, with them supporting us in providing resources for some extremely vulnerable children. Ben and his team donated over £7500 worth of artificial grass for our sensory garden, meaning we could provide more equipment for the children in the space, sponsoring our girls football team and supporting us in our fundraising events with donations. I cannot recommend the ethos and attention to detail from The Flooring Outlet.
