Very reasonably priced carpets, recommended an underlay for us, yet never being too pushy with upselling either. Our carpet was fitted a week later, within a few hours. We would recommended to friends and family, our carpets feel and look gorgeous! Thankyou.
I don’t recommend this company. The two workmen totally ruined my door frames and skirting boards and floors as well as the awful job done to my hard flooring. I had the floor skimmed to be extra flat and it’s now rippled. They invalidated my new home 2 year warranty as they tried to move sinks and toilets without telling me and caused leaks I had to pay to fix. I also had to pay for a decorator to repaint my skirting boards and mend the door frames they had hacked into. They told me I had to get rid of all the remnants which I took to the tip, the tip staff asked me to remove the mixed remnants out of the bags to sort into relevant skips, I put my hand in only to find loose Stanley blades in there. I contacted the manager who brushed me off with a lighthearted sorry. So I contacted the owner of this company back in May 2024 and I haven’t had a response. I also included 64 photos of the shoddy work. I’m disgusted that my brand new home has been ruined by this company.
