We recently had a laminate floor fitted by The Flooring Outlet and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the work is excellent and the finished floor looks fantastic.
From the very beginning the company were professional, transparent, and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout and they clearly explained the costs for both the flooring and the contractor who carried out the compound work prior to fitting the laminate.
What really stood out was their honesty and integrity. After the job was completed they actually phoned us to say they would be returning £108 to our bank account because the contractor didn’t use all the compound that had been allowed for.
It’s rare these days to come across a company that is this honest and straightforward. We’re extremely pleased with the work and the service we received.

Amazing, decent quality, range and sizes of carpet offcuts.(They sell new stuff too) Dale & Paul were really patient. Took time to help me out with the measurements and were really happy to help load car up too. Very professional and efficient. Not pushy. Nothing too much trouble. Spot on. Would recommend.Cheers
