Applied for a quote, input all my info, was quoted $176 & $188 a month for 2 cars that are almost 20 yeats old. MVR verified "NO VIOLATIONS OR ACCIDENTS" & then my price shot up to $340 & $388 a month. Insurance companies are the greatest con artist.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service

I reached out to delay my payment for a week, and the representative assured me that autopay would be disabled. However, he failed to follow through, and my payment was still deducted. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be looking for alternatives!

Misleading advertising about rates

You claimed that I could get a rate of at least $39 a month, which sounded appealing. However, when I went in for an estimate, I was quoted $6,000 a year, approximately $511 a month. This left me confused 🤔. The basic plan offered minimal coverage, making me question what benefits I would actually receive from switching. This advertising is deceptive; those low rates seem only attainable if you have an older vehicle and very limited coverage. Please stop promoting cheap coverage—it simply doesn’t exist. All insurance companies seem to be taking advantage of us. It's frustrating!

Customer service experience was very disappointing.

The overall customer service experience was very disappointing. I reached out to inquire about a refund, and one of the representatives assured me that I would receive it. However, when I called again for further clarification, I was informed that a refund was not possible. They were completely unhelpful, and one representative provided incorrect information. There was no accountability from the service team whatsoever!

Lack of transparency in pricing from insurance companies

Insurance companies really need to be clearer about their pricing structures. They draw people in and then leave them feeling trapped. After wasting about 15 minutes, I find out that getting a 38 mph in a 35 zone can raise my rates by 33%. That's quite a jump for what seems like a minor infraction. There’s no real value when every company claims one thing but acts differently. Unfortunately, paying is a must. It's frustrating that we often don’t get support when we need it most, but that’s just how it is.

Simplicity and Clarity in Insurance Quotes

The service maintains a straightforward approach that is easy to grasp. Obtaining a quote was quick, and the coverage options were clearly outlined. It’s an excellent option for those seeking insurance without any added complexities.

AVOID THIS SERVICE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

AVOID THIS SERVICE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE. If I could give no stars, I would. I had this coverage for just one year, and it was awful. Communication was unclear, and I never received straightforward answers to my policy questions; increases were made without explanation. Interacting with them was always frustrating. The customer service was the worst, with rudeness from every representative I spoke to. I had multiple agents hang up on me when I asked about my policy, and whenever I sought clarity on changes, they would just end the call. My supposed multi-car discount only saved me $20 for six months, and when my car was totaled and I attempted to remove it from the policy, I was told it would increase my premium by $146 with just a month left before renewal. The renewal month was the worst, with over a $700 increase for liability coverage alone, and my monthly payments were nearly $300. I filed a claim for an accident that was entirely the other party's fault, yet I heard nothing from them and had to reach out to the other company myself. What was I even paying for? After finally receiving a payment and getting a new car, I attempted to add it to my policy and was charged a down payment. However, I discovered two days later that the vehicle was never insured. I had to find this out myself after having paid for it. I immediately canceled my policy because nothing was ever handled smoothly, and I never received a refund for the down payment I made for coverage that never existed. This was truly the worst experience, and all I had was liability insurance. With just one speeding ticket on my record, it always felt like a scam. Every time I called, my premiums seemed to rise, and I overpaid by $200-$300. They claimed they would refund me for unused policy amounts, but I have yet to see that. They charge for things without informing you and process payments effortlessly while failing to explain anything. Any changes I attempted to make resulted in increases that were only clarified after payment. They couldn't detail what was causing these charges. Additionally, I was billed surcharges for being an unlicensed driver when my license was active the whole time. I had two tickets on my record for incidents I was never penalized for. I'm extremely dissatisfied and feel deeply taken advantage of by this service. They truly exploit their customers.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

I would honestly give negative stars if that were an option. They ended my service without any notification, not even an email or call. My account was set for auto payments, and I was always on time. I only found out I was dropped when my registration was suspended because they informed the DMV. I had to pay a fee to restore it, and the support team was far from helpful. I reached out via phone and online chat, but both times the response was essentially, "it's not our issue." Now I've received a text from a collections agency seeking payment for $45... for what? I was up to date with my payments, so I shouldn't owe anything. The company really needs to improve their communication with clients. They could use email, postal mail, texts, calls, social media, or even messaging platforms. There's no excuse for this kind of confusion.
