DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE! THEY FAIL TO DELIVER WHAT YOU REQUESTED AND CLAIM IT HAS SHIPPED, ONLY FOR IT TO GET STUCK IN CUSTOMS OR GO MISSING. THEY PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS THAT DON'T WORK. I PLACED MY ORDER THREE MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I AM CERTAIN I WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I ordered a hood for a trip on 12/03/2025, and as of today, 12/28/2025, I still haven't received it. When I realized it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip, I requested a refund, but it was denied. The product ships from overseas, yet this crucial detail is not mentioned in their advertising.
I waited a long time and when I saw them I thought they looked small and put them to the side. When I finally tried on the 2X bras, they were literally the size of a training bra. Not only is this company a scam but the influencer who wrote about them is also a scam!
SCAM ALERT!! The company website shows it will provide a refund no questions asked. LIE!! I received the bras I ordered that did not fit, and were awful, unlike the ad. When I requested a refund, I had to provide numerous pics of package and product. They refused to refund. Offered $4, $5, $6. DO NOT BUY THEIR JUNK!!!
I ordered two pair of linen pants. They are polyester and refusing to honor their money back guarantee. I've been offered $7 - don't know if that's for both pair or each pair. They refuse to provide me with return instructions ("it's very expensive to return item to China"). That's MY decision, not theirs. Each time I correspond with them they offer another dollar for refund. These pants ARE NOT LINEN!! Tag inside says polyester. Do not fall into this scam!
0 stars I was over charged and I immediately asked for a refund and I also ordered a 2 nd order on accident at the same exact time and day, the purchase was $17.99 then at checkout it was $24.99 because of shipping then I was charged $32 so I asked for a full refund, they said it was an error an refunded me $7.49 .But I asked for a full refund with in an hour of placing the orders. So they refunded me for one order and trying to tell me that the other order can’t be refunded because they already shipped it ( which is a lie) such a scam company don’t buy you will be over charged and not receive you items
Company : The Happy Wind CompanyScam big time. Do not purchase, refunds for products not given. They offer credit $2, $4.Their size charts are not valid & products are sent with wrong sizes, etc.If I could give them zero stars I would but review cannot be done until you provide at least one star. They are aware that customer refunds to China are very expensive & they do not pay for the return & many folks will not do the return ( about $105 Cdn, as I checked- almost 4.5 times the cost of the product). They are betting on returns not happening.Avoid this site/company. Not sure how scam “ business” are able to do this. Why are social media sites like Facebook, Instagram not checking these “businesses” before allowing them access.
If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would do! I ordered some of the merchandise from happy wind and never received it. Don’t waste your time trying to get your money back, just dispute it as a scam with your bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THE HAPPY WIND!!
