Has been looking for a while, spoken to lots of dealers ….found The Hertford Car Company online (appt only) they offer fixed price sales but are competitively priced Went to see a Porsche Macan, they said we have a Low Mileage Cayenne with £20,000 extras …but dirty & unprepared as it had just come into them. I bought it ! The guys were super helpful not pushy and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them 👍. Ian Puddick
Great Pre-Sales but unfortunate onsite.Before arriving on-site, I spoke to two people who went through the car I was inquiring about. The salesperson on the phone valued my car, gave a pre-value, spoke about finance and arranged a viewing time.When I arrived on site, the car was not ready, they washed the car in front of me because I was 15 - 20 minutes early. Upon inspection, I noticed the driving wing mirror enclosure was damaged, actually broken and hanging out the grip closure, there was inadequate water in the coolant, below minimum and the battery wasn't even charged to test out the electric motor. So my 1hr 20mins journey was wasted. I spoke to one of the sales team colleagues, he tried to squeeze in the wing mirror, didn't even know about the electric mode on the car and told me there was no battery charge on the car, then said the water coolant was okay.Waste of time, was not helping me at all and didn't seem bothered about the issues on the car.Unfortunate not a great experience, so i sent a polite email declining my interest in purchasing the car and asked for a refund on my reservation.
I recently bought an Audi Q7 from the team and was impressed by the level of service, honesty and patience. The car was in superb condition and the team was flexible in collecting and dropping me off at the train station during the process. They were able to arrange a competitive finance agreement on site within 20 minutes and then I collected the car at the end of the day after work. Highly recommend the company for luxury used cars. Very happy customer.
This is slightly different as I sold my car on motorway to The Hertford Car Company. Nick arrived on time had a though look around my Range Rover, took it for a test drive and I had the money which had been agreed in my account within a few minutes. Nick made a comment that the car was in good condition, but when they are finished with it my car would look and feel brand new.Very Professional and Trust worthy, it was an easy experience to work with Nick and his teamThank you
