Absolutely friendly and helpful staff! They sourced my exact chairs in the colour i wanted! Even went to the trouble of keeping in touch over the delivery and went above and beyond to get my beautiful table an chairs delivered ahead of my event what i needed them for!! Hamsah i appreciate all your help!! Delivery lads were helpful friendly and respectful! I cannot thank them enough! I would use this company again and again and i would definately recommend to anybody and everybody! Big pat on the back!
Good company to purchase from. Dining table and chairs arrived in perfect condition. It was delivered within a few days. Telephone staff were very helpful. Only criticism would be that there was NO notification whatsoever of impending delivery even though I had asked if a rough estimate of a time/date frame could be given in a WhatsApp message .Thankfully there was someone at home to help me take delivery of a very heavy marble dining set. Company need to be more transparent with delivery dates and need to update the customer accordingly.
My sofa was delivered on time. It came without instruction manual, once I reached out, the instruction was sent to me. And they checked in to know whether everything was working well. The customer service was great and the sofa is lovely.
After seeing items on social media we travelled to the outlet in Manchester to view the products personally.We were able to browse, ask questions and try out seating etc.We finally agreed on a dinning set but wanted to change the table and the seating layout, the team were very helpful, ensuring it would fit and double checking the order ensuring we would get what we asked for, nothing was to much for them to change/ammend.We finally settled on a new dinning set and rug.Paid cash on order, received a full receipt and estimated delivery date (due to changing layout)Was updated and was delivered on the said date, set up at home and put in place.The furniture is amazing great value and really good quality.Will definitely use again and recommend.Only down side from us is they dont take the packaging with them but small price to pay.
Visited the shop on Bury New Road. The displayed assortment of furniture was fabulous . Bought a marble topped round table and chairs. Staff really pleasant and did not pressurise us at all . Delivery was ahead of deadline which suited us . Table assembled promptly. Delivery guys really excellent professionals. Got to say whole experience was great and I hate shopping
