The iPhone 16 Pro Max I received was in perfect condition as stated and it arrived very quickly. My iPhone 11 Pro Max trade-in was handled very efficiently and the money was in my bank account within a couple of days. Well done

Easy ordering and good delivery. Having ordered a refurbished phone through a different company initially and having a bad experience right from the delivery stage, I was worried about trying again. Luckily the phone works this time, massive improvement and my daughter seems very happy with it. It did have a few more chips to casing than I would have expected for grade A but the cover does conceal these (guessing previous owner didn’t use a cover). Hoping the phone continues to work well in which case I would use ioutlet again (much better than BackMarket😉)
Update: contacted by customer service and offered a new phone which is up to spec and compensated for return postage. Very happy with customer service.I bought an iPhone 15 pro max from here. I understand it’s a refurbishment company and that the parts may be replacements but when I received the iPhone I got message saying the display was not genuine. I can live with a aftermarket part if it was at the same level/quality as an original display. However, it was clear the one I received was not. One of the main reasons you get a pro iPhone is the display and it was noticeable that it didn’t have a 120hz refresh rate nor did it get as bright (I compared with my husbands phone).I would avoid this company as they clearly try and get away with providing iPhones which don’t meet the original specs.
