Very good service and always informed on progress of my IPhone sale. I was concerned about selling online but iOutlet were exceptional at every step. Payment was supplied within hours of them confirming phone was as I had described.
I bought two phones, an iPhone 14 Plus and an iPhone 14. The 14 was as described. However, the 14 Plus had a badly degraded battery and the package contained a note to that effect. It was sent out in error but the mistake was immediately acknowledged by iOutlet. They fitted a free new battery and refunded the express delivery charge. No hassle.
Although this was a quick and easy sale of my Apple Watch 5 needless to say I wasn’t paid the amount initially offered. They said my watch was heavily worn and scratched which I disagree with, but they have you then don’t they!
I have been using I outlet for a number of years and will only use them for used tech, A for the quality and B the service, and if for any reason there’s a problem it gets sorted with no hassle 5 stars for me and I recommend to everyone
I purchased a Macbook Pro advertised as Grade A, trusting the company’s grading standards and positive reviews. Unfortunately, the item I received had clear cosmetic defects that do not align with reasonable Grade A expectations and were present on arrival.When I raised this immediately, the company insisted the device met their internal Grade A criteria and attempted to reclassify my return as a “change of mind”, refusing to provide a prepaid return label. This is despite the issue being a condition dispute, not buyer preference.What was most disappointing was the unwillingness to take responsibility, the time wasted going back and forth, and the attempt to shift return costs onto the customer for a product that was not supplied as described. Internal grading definitions were used to override common sense and consumer rights.I would advise potential buyers to be extremely cautious. If you receive a device that falls short of expectations, be prepared for resistance and a drawn-out dispute rather than customer-focused resolution.
