Delivery and packaging was top notch and device was as described but came with a replacement charger which wasn’t the original MacBook and worked just once, then packed off! Had to get a replacement charger again. Not so good to be fair.
After a bit of research, I bought an iPhone from iOutlet, primarily because it had the best selection at best prices as well as good reviews.I am very happy with the condition of the phone I purchased; the whole experience from start to finish, was painless and very quick turnaround time. I would definitely recommend iOutlet to anyone considering buying from them:)

My wife purchased a refurbished Apple Watch after breaking hers. Delivery was prompt and and item in excellent condition. Unfortunately a couple of functions didn’t operate correctly (I appreciate you can’t test every function)We rang them got through immediately the agent was friendly and outlined the refund procedure and we were refunded promptly . Clearly focused on customer service .We would definitely use them again very trustworthy
