Made an order with this company on November 21st with the expectation that it would arrive before Christmas. This was almost 1 month ago (today is 19th December) and there has been no delivery update since November 26th. I have contacted the company multiple times, just to be fobbed off and told it will arrive very soon even though its been 4 weeks already. I requested a refund due to the absolutely pathetic ‘service’ received and have been denied it despite them agreeing to this for other customers. If the product ever arrives i’ll be shocked. I’m now £40 and a christmas present down. Absolutely do not recommend! Avoid this company like the plague. You get quicker shipping off websites like Temu and Ali Express.Based of other reviews this seems to be a standard of how this company choses to operate and treats their customers. Embarrassing.

I ordered on 21 November and the order still shows as processing . Have contacted them a couple of times to be told the first time it was stuck in customs then to be told it was busy time of year Took far too long to be delivered and would have been better to have understood timescales at point of order . However the knife has been delivered and is of great quality

For the knife that I have bought, I am not impressed by it in reality compared to the photos the company advertised online. Those ripple or patterns on the knife is not so significant and obvious. If I want to buy a knife again, I will probably find another company instead

Placed order on 20th November as at 10th December still no clue as to when I will receive my purchase. Have contacted customer service numerous times for an update to be told item is in transit and will be delivered shortly. - Royal mail link shows they are yet to receive the item. Knifebase refuse to give me a refund as they claim the item is in transit and so it goes on and on. Not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from I dont know anyone that would be happy with waiting 3 weeks for even an ETA on delivery.
