Wrong Knife Sent… No reply

I purchased one specific knife. The knife did not arrived, it was sent a different knife. The delivery of THE WRONG KNIFE was way later than what was supposed to be based on what IT IS WRITTEN IN THE WEBSITE. I tried sending emails, and never got a reply, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM OF SENDING THE WRONG. No words are enough to express how bad the service is, not even talking about the knife itself because I cannot say if the quality is good or not since it never arrived.

Shipping bill shows $30 bucks knife, and I paid $136

I waited exactly 15 days to get this knife, finally arrived and looks good quality.But, the shipping bill/ paper shows that this knife is paid $30.06 and I payed it $132, which I really hope that I did not get fake knife. Because it looks like maybe from this point of view like a drop shipping, correct me if am wrong.Customer service is 50:50 respond-able
