TOTALLY SUXXX - I ordered a super expensive harness 2 MONTHS ago. After 3 WEEKS I called the store several times and got the same idiotic excuse run-around by the same CSR or whatever she’s called. It’s not her fault. I’m sure she has to field those calls every single day, all day long. I’m sure that if I still lived there, I would not even go into the store - they are obscene. I finally received my item - was not even close to fitting as other items I’ve bought by the same manufacturer. After fairly detailed yet ambiguous instructions for exchange (that I had to pay for) I sent it back specifically asking for an exchange for the next size down that was three weeks ago. I’ve now spent twice the amount of money on this item. Now they never answer their phone and I’m assuming that this is a total loss on my part. I’m so very disappointed. It really sucks when people who affiliate themselves with animals take advantage because they know that everyone is a sucker for their furry friends. I would love to be pleasantly surprised this week so that I could remove this review. They should be ashamed and embarrassed at how bad they truly are. I will be telling everyone I know in NYC and with pups to NEVER shop there. BTW, I work in this industry so I know what I’m talking about, and they will never last if they continue to operate in this manner. UPDATE: Received the item September 19th. I hope it’s worth the aggravation - sewing on it is weird too. Will NEVER go through that again.
Horrible company, horrible experience.I ordered two exorbitantly expensive jackets from them – – and neither one fit my dogs. They don’t accept returns “because they are a small company”— but if you read their fine print and confusing instructions, it is possible to exchange items – – as long as you pay your own shipping. That’s what I did. Finally, I was issued a store credit, with which I purchased a dog bed. I finally received the dog bed – – but it did not work for my pups at all. I emailed them about exchanging it and was met with a very curt/rude reply that they don’t exchange dog beds at all – – and I was notified of this on my invoice and on my confirmation. Well, I went back to my confirmation – – and there is no mention of the dog bed being “final sale.” And I revisited the webpage for the dog bed – – and absolutely no mention of “final sale” is made there, either. They said that the best they can do is give me Credit for 50% of the price of the bed – – after I ship it to them at my own expense. Their return/exchange policy is terrible – – and their customer service is worse. They may be racking up our money now – – but I hope the word of birth gets out there about this company’s horrible policies and customer service, and people refuse to order from them in the future. I hope they get what they’re due. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I know they don’t care – – but I do.
This company is a scam! They will not exchange an item because their sizing chart is wrong and charge you for random charges that are made up. It is a complete scam to get more money from you and will not issue a refund and only a company credit. Why would anyone want to use a credit with a company that will just take your money and not give it back when you return the item the next day
