LOVE IT

LOVE ITI haven't yet travelled with it but feels really good and supportive PLUS it tucks away into its own little bag. I like the way you can remove the cover and also to adjust it.It came when it said it would so all good.

BEWARE OF THE PILLOW HOME

I placed an order with The Pillow Home on October 13. I received a notification from PayPal that the payment didn't go through, which is odd considering PayPal is funded by both my checking account and credit card. The payment went through 1-2 days after, on October 15. I received an email stating that, due to high demand, the order might be delayed. It is now November 11, and I still haven't received the product, nor have I received any notification about my order outside of the initial October 15 email, which stated that my shipment is being prepared and will be on its way shortly. I have tried contacting The Pillow Home at least five times via email, their website's contact form, and even through their Instagram page, asking about my order... crickets, no response. I cancelled my order yesterday and, as usual, I received no response. I should have done this before handing over payment, but I did some research into The Pillow Home, AKA Bontad LLC, the administrator is linked to scams in New York, Florida, and Wyoming. Therefore, my mission right now is to get my money back and to warn everyone considering buying from The Pillow Home or Cozyrest, which are both under Bontad LLC… NOT TO ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES.
