They sell you a product but failt to mention that you have to return it to China if you're dissatisfied, which often costs more than the product itself.
Also, notice how many of the five star reviews on Trust Pilot for this company are from (supposed) people who havent' even received the item and yet they are leaving five stars? Highly suspect.

I ordered the pillow hoping it would help me sleep and stop neck pain. Unfortunately CozyRest® Memory Foam Neck Pillow does not live up to the expectations. It was very low in stuffing & had a smell to it. I used for a few nights and woke up with sore neck every morning and headaches. I had to pay to return the pillow back to them for refund. I have not yet receive a refund & still waiting. I didn't expect the pillow to be arriving from China. I feel this company is a fraud. I wouldn't order this pillow

When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to mail it back to China and once received, I would get the refund. It would cost me the price of the pillow to ship it over there. The business is "registered" in New Mexico but good luck getting ahold of anyone there.

However, it seems that " delays due to overload" is a common issue, track order is showing that the item( pillow) has not been shipped,and the company imsply stop replying to my complaints .I have been waiting for my pillow almost two months!
So, it really seems to be a classic scam, unfortunately!

They contacted me when they found out that my shipment was taking longer than expected and told me how much longer it would take.

The company has a New Mexico address on their website and yet when I tried to do a return and get a refund they were magically located in China and since the "customer" is responsible for the return shipping at $90.00 ish from California to China! I gave up!! AVOID THIS BRAND

I'm in my early 40s and this is the first time I've been this excited about a pillow. I was recently diagnosed (no surprise) with cervical dystonia. Many in my family have it. Short story, makes my neck hurt. I really hope this helps from the abuse my neck takes during the day. I'll follow up in a few months with a review of someone with a diagnosed cervical condition and let y'all know!
