WAITING FOR AN UPDATE SINCE JUNE 2025

I tried to reach them via its customer service e-mail four times regarding my order #54440, which was placed last June and has never been shipped or received. After several months waiting without any update or delivery, this situation has become completely unacceptable.I have formally requested the immediate refund but no answer received yet.

Cool Sleep with Mattress Topper!

I was skeptical about the cloudliftcooling mattress topper, but after a few nights, I’m a believer. It keeps me cool without feeling too cold, and I no longer wake up drenched in sweat. The gel foam gives just the right amount of support, and it doesn’t shift around, which is huge for me.

Faulty product & no customer service…. AVOID

I am still waiting on a response form this company to resolve an issue. I ordered 3 headboard pillows, however one was faulty, I had to pay to return it to china ( March 17th) 3 months later it was returned with a‘bounce back’ label. Although I have emailed the company no one replies!!Would never buy from them again or recommend anyone else. I’m furious at the total lack of customer service
