A great product that smells divine and leaves your hair in great condition. However the bottles are not user friendly, they look expensive and solid but very hard to get shampoo/conditioner out, especially once nearer the end of the bottle
Delivery of purchases happens swiftly. The instructions for using the hair oil are straightforward and simple to follow. Applying it thrice weekly before washing has made my hair more flexible and shiny. I am delighted with these outcomes. While it's premature to assess its potential for promoting new hair growth, I remain hopeful.
I wanted to take my time before leaving a review, as I didn’t just want to say how good my hair feels after only using this Rosemary oil a few times, but I wanted to say how good it has worked on my hair growth journey. I’ve been struggling with hair loss for a few years, and I’ve spent eye watering amounts. I’ve even consulted a trichologist, by the time you pay for the blood tests, the consultation (twice a year) then the minoxidil, the supplements, additional supplements, it goes on and on! It did work for me, (at a cost of approximately £170 a month) until I had a bad reaction to the minoxidil, my whole head was a scab, and it became sore and was bleeding. The minoxidil etc took about 4 months to see new growth/improvement, so it’s only right to give this Rosemary oil the same amount of time, neither route is a quick fix! I’ve been using this Rosemary oil now for over 4 months, and the new growth is obvious, not only to me, but family members and friends have commented. It’s a natural product, it smells good and it’s a fraction of the price of many treatments, in short, it’s a miracle in a bottle! I received my parcel which had a sticker from Royal Mail informing me it had arrived the them damaged and that they had secured it. Two items were missing: the shampoo and oil. I only received the conditioner , massager and roller disinfectant. The last two items were free. At first I thought I had made an error ordering then I looked at my order and discovered I had indeed ordered a bundle and items were missing. I have sent numerous emails to this company with photographs but have not received a reply yet. Update: I have now received a reply and the company are sending me replacements. I appreciate their response and cannot wait to try the products which have extremely good reviews. After having used the product for a few months, I three months, I have noticed less hair shedding and a lot of new hairs. Hair feels thicker and fills a hairband much more.
Miracle in a bottle and customer service is fantastic they have gone over and above with my queries during a time when I was so desperate due to huge amounts of hair fall , I am now on month 7 with a month off in between due to surgery on my scalp and I already can see huge improvements , I would definitely recommend this company both on product and customer service x
