I placed the order, easy process. Arrived quickly and well packaged.The product itself has done absolutely nothing for my hair, it's made my scalp so sore. I've stopped using it and won't ever use again. Complete waste of money. Another IG product that is over advertised but is junk
I've paid almost $50 directly to superior mane and received only the shampoo while you can buy the whole package for half of that on Amazon, used it a few times since I bough it, not good, the worst shampoo I have ever used, it contains nothing but nasty chemicals. waste of money, there are much better products out there! BE AWARE.
Whilst I am yet to receive my package, it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for it and still hasn’t even been shipped yet. No communications from them until I emailed twice and posted on Facebook and Instagram to find out what’s going on.
Shipping took nearly a month. not 3-5 days as advertised. I ordered previously and that order took nearly three weeks but thought I would try again since they had a sale. After the product arrived, only half of what was ordered was delivered. When I asked about the missing products, it took another week for them to respond. Then, they asked me to take a photo of the package and product that I received. I no longer had the package as it took a week for them to respond, so sent a picture of the products I did receive. Sent three more emails over the course of another week with no response. Ended up having my Credit Card company dispute the charge given there was no response from the company. Will never use them again or buy their products.
After four weeks of chasing and asking for the refunds which were constantly refused, the product finally turns up. Automatically receive an email saying your goods have been delivered so we’re not refunding you.Company is a joke. Stay away.
This company is appalling I ordered her ages ago still not received the good I contacted them said it was with DHL which is a lie as I contacted them I asked for a full refund was told no as been shipped ?it hasn’t been delivered in time frame I will be putting it to my bank for a full refund, do not order
Do not buy any products from this company. I contacted customer service to know what was going on with the shipment information. I got an automated message saying that there is a delay. It has been almost a month and I am getting the same message. I thought I could cancel the order and get something else from ama zon but there is not way to cancel. I wish I could report this business as fraud and prevent other people to make the same mistake.
