Amanda is a real-life saver. I moved and forgot to use my new address. She quickly got it changed. She was swift and very attentive. That is rare with e commerce. She could have cxld it and recharged me, but she did not. I will always order from her at Mane! Brava!! The spray works too!
Great customer service. I had a problem with my order/delivery and contacted customer support. They responded quickly and addressed the issue immediately. Got the grey reverse bar ,been using it a few weeks and haven't noticed any change to my hair colour, as a shampoo it's good ,im thinking its a scam as there's no reviews only ones saying customer service is good ,there's reviews on amazon saying don't buy which I wish i had read .
People do not be scammed of tricked into this product, It Does not Work at all!! Not only was delivery extremely slow and took over 4, they then used lame excuses. Now onto the product I messaged them to ask why it why it wasnt working when on the website it says you will notice grey hair reverse 4-6 week . They simply reply if you are not happy return within 30 days for refund. How do you return a product that clearly states you need 4-6 weeks in 30 days. I used 3 whole bars and absolutely no change. All it does is dry your hair out and it's a complete scam. I will be warning everyone on every platform now especially when they stopped replying for a refund or a solution. I will also report them to fair trading
