Really disappointed! When I ordered I did it by mistake as I thought it was a product a friend recommended. As soon as I ordered I emailed and cancelled. It took 3 days and 2 emails and then they despatched to me and ignored my request. They then emailed me back and said it was too late and check there returns policey. i.e there isn't one! The package turned up 7 days later, and even though I had purchased the wrong stuff, I thought well I have nothing to lose as I wasn't getting my £55 back. I tried the shampoo and conditioner for 2 days and started to come out in rash around my head and face which I have now had to go to the doctor and got some protopic ointment as it has given me eczema from the chemicals in it. I don't have sensitive skin however this is now where i am and as you can imagine I am not happy. Please do not buy its a scam and they do not allow you to know the ingredient's are until you receive and its made in china! Lesson learnt this is a con and I can only assume the positive reviews are all fakes.
I just started using the products. Charcoal Bar, Shampoo, conditioner and root enhancer spray. It has been less than 6 weeks, so results seem to be starting. I ran out of the root enhancer spray and so I ordered additional bottles (3 pack) The product was damaged and within a day, Amanda has shipped out a new order at no charge. Thanks Amanda!
This hair growth product doesn’t work at ALL !!! It’s a scam .. they say it might take 3 months and then 6 months!!! Nothing … they put the products on sale at 50% off from 49.99 but then increase the price to 70.00 bucks !! In my calculations that’s not 50% off .. I lost hair trying to use these products and when you tell them that you get no reply back !! This company is like the pillow man scam .. there garbage . PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY OF THESE HAIR GROWTH PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE WANTING TO GROW HAIR BECAUSE IT JUST DOESNT WORK …
I have been using the product for over a year and not only have nice / subtle grey reversal but also the hair shines and is softer / easier to handle . Recently had an issue with delivery and Amanda from customer service was super helpful ! Recommended.Artur
