AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. YOU BEEN WARNED!

I went to a scent event on July 20th 2025 where they sold their fragrance oilS . My mother paid 55.00 for a 4 ounce of shimmering body oil. She also paid well over 100.00 for other body oil products. She received every item except the 55.00 shimmering body oil. We noticed this after we left the event. So I emailed them immediately to rectify this for my mom . I showed them proof in the email the receipt and pics of her body oils. I explained that we did not get it and that we would like to have them send the body oil to my mother. They responded via email by stating " their checkout process includes a final verification step and that a team member confirms the items in your bag and obtain your signature to acknowledge receipt. At this time we will not be issuing a refund or reshipping the items". This did not happen. At the event no team member confirmed the items in her bag and did not ask her for her signature. I even offered to pay for the shipping so that my mother could receive her product that she paid 55.00 for. They then stated to have my mom personally email them with proof of receipt (which she did). The company never reached back to my mother. I tried then to go on all of their social media platforms mentioning that my mother did not get her product on facebook and Instagram. Not only did they still not help me but they blocked me on ALL forms of social media including Tik Tok. I was blocked on Facebook and Instagram. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I later found out that This company loves to block people when you have a legitimate complaint about an item they didnt receive. Instead of solving the issue, they will immediately block you. I am not the only person who they have done this to. I am asking for my mother to either receive her 4 ounce shimmering body oil or give her the 55.00 back as a refund . I have proofs of being blocked on all platforms. I also have receipt of the purchase. This company needs to be investigated. I just want my mom to get her product and i will never order from them again. NOTE: I even tried to message the CEO and I was blocked before I could even send a message to her. My mom needs her product or the 55.00 back. These people are ghetto and will take your money and block u every single time. I should have never told my mother and sis about them. We all loved the scents and the experience at the event but after how they treated me and mom..NONE of us will be back and I am already telling people not to try their products.

No product!I

I ordered 2 bottles of oil June 13th and now it's July 10th and still have not received them. I've email, text, called without success. I said send them or refund my money. I'm so disappointed. I got my first order right away, but I don't think I'll be ordering again.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered a perfume oil on March 7, 1015, paid $12 shipping and till date have not received any product. I contacted the company several times and they said I should claim against UPS. I did that and UPS referred me back to the company. I sent several emails to Brown Sugar Babe and they are no longer responding to my emails 😡😡😡. I have been scammed! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY unless you want to part with your money and have no way to get it back.

Loyal Customer No More

I’ve been a loyal customer of Brown Sugar Babe for several months and have truly enjoyed their perfume oils. I’ve also had positive interactions with their customer service in the past, which is why this experience was so disappointing.Last Christmas one of my orders got lost in transit. Unfortunately, the company was closed for the rest of the year, so I wasn’t able to get any support or resolution. Since I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t receive, plus I had to replace the oils since they were gifts, I informed them I’d be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I didn’t do this out of spite, but because there was simply no other way to address the issue during their closure. My credit card company said they would drop the dispute if the order could be fulfilled.Rather than working with me, Brown Sugar Babe decided to block me from their website altogether. No conversation, no warning—just locked out. I guess the message is they no longer want my business. As a returning customer who supported and genuinely loved their products, this was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional move.

Brown Sugar Babe AMAZING!

I discovered this company in September 2024. I can't believe I only heard about this company so recently but I am not a big social media DIVA. I initially ordered the trio Parfum Oil box which, despite the price, I was able to try 3 scents of my choosing. I ordered, (based on research), Rich Aunty; Madam and Princess Treatment. I love all of them! That love sparked my future and ongoing purchases, at an average of 2 orders per week. I always received my orders timely. However post their mega- Black Friday sale, the orders are slower BUT the ability to track pending orders works! The quality of the scents are amazing! I love BSB! Thanks for giving us such amazing and high quality products at an affordable price point!

Utmost Unprofessionalism I’ve Experienced

BSB has disgusting and unprofessional customer service. Don’t be fooled by the hype on social media by influencers. Influencers receive preferential treatment, not the paying customers. I decided to try their products after seeing reviews on their body oils. I purchased one and I’m so glad that’s all I bought. Over a week plus $12 shipping costs later, I had no clue where my order was nor was the tracking they provided accurate. However, here’s the good part! I inquired about shipment of orders on their Instagram page and was BLOCKED!You may not like a customer’s approach, but it’s their money and they have a right to express their concerns. The lack of business acumen is sickening. I will never patronize this business again, and I wish I could’ve canceled the order.After I disputed the purchase, sent them an email expressing my disdain, the package is suddenly “in transit” per UPS. This small business is hilarious. This is my experience, but I’ve seen a TikToker make a review going through the same thing. I’d advise all to proceed with caution. There’s other businesses that specialize in the same thing. Take your money elsewhere.
