I purchased two tickets for a small group tour, received a receipt and everything appeared fine. When I initially tried to view my tickets in the app it said “your tickets aren’t quite ready yet”. The FAQs said tickets sometimes don’t show up in the app until 5 days before the event, so I waited. I checked back 2 days before the event and the app still showed the tickets weren’t ready.I reached out to the customer service team and got a standard response about the 5 working days. I responded pointing out that the event was now less than 48 hours away. I was then told I would need to pick up my tickets from the box office before the event. As this was a small tour, there was no box office open! I asked for the tickets to be enabled on my phone but they ignored my request and didn’t provide any reason for the tickets not showing in the app.I therefore arrived at the event without tickets. However, everyone on the tour had the same issue! The event organisers resorted to a manual headcount. Clearly, something had gone wrong with the tickets for this event and their customer service team didn’t have the knowledge to fix it.
Easy to book. Great to receive your regular updates as well as a reminder about the concert. It was also great to receive information about Spark Arena and what to expect at the venue. Venue staff were great, friendly and professional.A variety of food and drinks were available.
