I had a lovely experience and the free transportation was amazing. I was sad when my daughter’s metal water bottle had to be emptied and thrown away. Not even allowed to collect later. I think maybe state clear plastic bottles only! Saves confusion with kids.Staff were lovely and had a lovely experience. Thank you
Hated that I bought tickets but the palavour of downloading the app etc. No everyone has unlimited data. Once you buy a ticket a screen shot should be enough. If fraud them the email is proof. Definitely a downside of buying tickets.
Great venue, helpful friendly staff. Enjoyed both performances but the soundmix for Faderdaze was muffled to buggery. For Finneas it was better but still not 100%. The vocals for him were disappointingly muffled. This would have to be rectified before I would consider going to another event there. We were way up the top in the balcony seating, the sound quality may well have been better lower down.
